There are two steps involved when choosing your membership. 

1. Chose which service(s) you'd like the membership for.

2. Chose the type of membership, this will depend on the frequency of visits you prefer (Lite, Essential or Performance).

Membership types:

Lite Membership (4 sessions/month) is designed for people who want to:

1. Supplement their lifestyle with weekly treatments to increase performance

2. Manage minor aches and pains

3. Improve their sleep and reduce stress

With as little as 1 session a week, some of our clients see great results. In our Lite Membership, you get 4 sessions a month for the price of just 3! Every month you are getting 1 FREE session.

Essential Membership (8 sessions/month) is designed for people who want everything in the Lite membership but also want to:

1. Manage chronic pain issues

2. Recover from specific short-term injuries

3. Maintain their current level of activity with increased performance benefits

With twice-weekly treatments, you'll see quicker results and feel more in control of your health. With the Essential Membership, you get 8 sessions a month for the price of just 6! Every month you are getting 2 FREE sessions.

Performance Membership (12 sessions/month) is designed for people who want to:

1. Reduce recovery time from injury or surgery

2. Manage chronic pain due to a specific condition

3. Achieve top performance, whether that's in sports, life or in business

Performance Memberships are only available on some services.

All memberships are a minimum 3-month commitment. You can change the membership level you have each month or even change the service. For example, if you started with Lite and want to increase your number of sessions in month two you can switch to the Essential membership. Just give us a 7 days notice before your renewal date.
