Guest Experience Partner Mission:

To provide our guests with an elevated wellness experience. To be open and driven in developing a knowledge base in regard to our services so that you can offer a helpful & educational environment for our clients. You will work collaboratively with the team to increase awareness of The Recovery Spa and drive sales.

The Details:

• This is a permanent Part-Time position paid hourly
• Weekly hours will range from 12 to 20 per week
• Evening and Weekend shift required - ending at 7pm
• Reports Directly to the CEO
• Supervisor to: N/A

Main Responsibilities:

• Client Experience
• Maintain the high standard of cleanliness of the facility
• Through training opportunities, develop and maintain the ability to recommend all treatments & retail offerings
• Build rapport with all clients
• Know and address all clients by name
• Administrative
• Client Scheduling
• Client communications i.e. voicemail and email
• New client, Membership & Punch Pass purchase email communication
• Opening and closing duties
• Cash handling i.e. Transactions and Cash-out
• Sales
• Look for new sales opportunities within each client interaction
• Based on client conversation, recommend the trial of new products
• Book clients in for the next session prior to leaving
• Promote new offerings, specials and events
• Attendance at offsite events as required
